In the fall of 2010, two best friends from high school decided to start their own business venture.  John is an Atlanta area native and has worked in the events industry since 2001, Shawn, a native of Chicago (Go Cubs!), has extensive experience in both marketing and event management.  Shawn and John are both proud graduates of Norcross High School, where they met and became friends back in 1991.

Shawn and John established Amped Up Entertainment Group to compete with large and seemingly impersonal corporate owned events and entertainment businesses in the Atlanta area.  Our goal was to create a full-service five-star events and entertainment company, which is one of our guiding principles.
